Merriam Seyedain, DMD, MS

Dr. Merriam Seyedain is a Board Certified Periodontist and an ICOI
(International Congress of Oral Implantologists) diplomat. Dr. Seyedain
received her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from University of
Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine before she earned a certificate in
Periodontology and Oral Implantology from Temple University Kornberg
School of Dentistry. Dr. Seyedain was also awarded a Master’s degree in Oral Biology upon Graduation from residency with a published thesis on Periodontal Disease. She has also been published in the field of Bone Tissue Engineering.
Dr. Seyedain served as an assistant professor for both predoctoral and post-graduate Periodontics programs at Temple Dental School and subsequently became the director of the graduate Department of Periodontology and Oral Implantology at Temple University prior to joining Locust Street Periodontics.
