Financing Your Care

In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. Below you will find a list of insurances and payment plans that we accept. If your insurance is NOT listed please call the office and we can look into your Insurance to see if you have Out of Network Benefits.  With Out Of Network benefits your insurance may allow you to be seen at our practice.

    **Please call the office if you insurance is NOT listed.  If we are out of network with your insurance we can still provide dental services.  Most insurances offer out of network benefits to their subscribers.  Please call the office so we can discuss your options.  We can check into your insurance to see if we are out of network and if we are what type of Out of network Benefits you may have. 

We are Contractually obligated to collect co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles, as outlined by your insurance carrier at the time of service

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
